Set a appointment on Tuesday for Friday to get a passport... I showed up with my paperwork prefilled out from online. I went to CVS to get a Passport photo taken. Brought my certified copy of birth certificate. I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. The lady that was supposed to help me was busy so a nice man made sure we got it all fixed up. Thank you!!!
This post office is absolutely pathetic. They continuously lose or misplace packages shipped to me and the end their response is oh well we're sorry. If it was a one-time thing that would be understandable but they've lost or misplaced over a dozen packages shipped to me in the past year. When you go to the actual post office they blame it on the carriers but seem to have no system in place to correct these problems
Good customer service! I love the feeling if small town lost office with only one worker and you hear chicks in the back room chirping. That's home for me. I never have to wait in line and you have everything you need just in a smaller model form.
WTF........I need you guys to step your game up. I've had other people's Amazon orders in my box ( I was nice enough to take it to them), but now my items have been put in the wrong box again. It may not be a easy job but its not rocket science. How about putting the STREET NAMES AND NUMBERS on the group mailboxes, Instead of 1-30. On the website you open at 9am on Sat., but you mean to tell me that you are so busy that you can't answer the phone from 9:10am-9:30am. Really!!!!!!!! I just want some consistency and competence....That is all...!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all, it seemed as though my presence was an inconvenience for them even though I was the only person in there. Just plain rude.
